The running of this trial is subject to both the USBCHA and the
State of Illinois COVID-19 rulings in place at the time of the event.

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY
 We will be running TWO fields this year, an Open Field and a Novice Field.
Pro-Novice, Nursery, Ranch, Novice will run on the Novice field.
The 2 Open classes will run across the three days on the Open field,
and we will be accepting all Open entries, including 2+ dogs, up to our maximum runs per day. 
Open field will take precedence, and slots will be available to reorder your run
on the Novice field if necessary.

CLASS COURSES
OPEN:  Full course, outrun approx.325 yards
PRO-NOVICE & NURSERY:  Full cross drive, outrun approx.. 250 yards
RANCH:  One leg drive, outrun approx. 150 yards. 
Open handlers can enter a dog in this class as non-complete,
as long as that dog is not entered in any sanctioned class.
NOVICE:  Outrun approx. 125 yards, wear, pen. 
No open handlers, and dogs may not have ever competed in
any ‘driving’ class with any handler.

If you have previously registered with the Online Entry System, simply Login and go to your Entry Form. If you are a new user, choose the "Register" menu item (when the trial has opened) and follow the instructions.

The initial entry period opens at 12:00 noon (EST) on May 13
and closes at 12:00 noon (EST) on May 27.
All entries submitted during this time will be
treated equally with respect to any waiting lists.

Entries made after this initial entry period will be accepted
in the order submitted only if space allows.

Handlers will be notified of accepted Entries by May 31
and last day to withdraw with a full refund will be June 06, no exceptions.

No entries accepted without full payment,
postmarked within five days of online entry submission.


 

Sheep : Open Field -  Margaret Lass-Gardiner’s Cheviots.  Replacement value $250.
Novice Field – John Wentz’s mixed Flock. Replacement value $250

Handler dinner will be on Saturday Evening at the Park

FREE  Onsite RV and Camping.  There are quite a lot of spaces, but with limited hook-ups, first come first served basis. 

VOLUNTEERS    To make a trial like this run smoothly, we rely on volunteers to help. We will need help with set up and tear down, scribes, sheet runners, help with exhaust, pens, and more.
