Late entries and day of trial entries will be accepted only if space allows – call/email for information.

Camping on site – no hookups- or at the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, KY (45 mins. from trial site).

If you have previously registered with the Online Entry System, simply Login and go to your Entry Form. If you are a new user, choose the "Register" menu item (when the trial has opened) and follow the instructions.

The initial entry period opens at 12:00 noon (EST) on October 17
and closes at 12:00 noon (EST) on October 22 .
All entries submitted during this time will be
treated equally with respect to any waiting lists.

Entries may be submitted after this initial entry period,
but will be accepted only if space allows.

There are no refunds and checks will be cashed when they are received.

Entries will be limited. No entries accepted without full payment,
postmarked within five days of online entry submission.

Payment Information
Payment is due within 5 days of entry submission. Checks that are not postmarked within 5 days, as well as Paypal payments made more than 5 days after submission, will result in entries being moved to the bottom of any wait lists. If you are entering three Open dogs and paying by check, please send a separate check for the 3rd dog. Paying by Check: Make checks payable to HandlersPost LLC and mail them, along with a printed copy of your entry, to HandlersPost LLC/Robin French, 5675 Rock Bottom RD, Oxford NC 27565. Paying by PayPal: Send your payment to payments@handlerspost.com (Include $2 PER RUN to cover Paypal fees ) and send a signed copy of the release form to us by mail or email (scan or take a picture, then email to payments@handlerspost.com). If the trial fills, a waiting list will be generated based on date of entry. All paid entries submitted during the initial entry period will be treated as “first day” entries and treated equally with respect to waiting lists. Entries submitted after the initial period will be added to any waiting lists in the order submitted.
